‘ROMTECH’ segment cages are specifically designed to suit the particular requirements of each precast manufacturer and are assembled from our ‘Supermat’ range of machine made mesh, and/or loose bar reinforcement.
We provide fast production on purpose made jigs for accuracy and simplicity of placing in the moulds. The cages are manufactured from deformed high yield reinforcement to BS4449 and/ or BS4482 to a dimensional accuracy of +/- 5mm tolerance, or better where specified.
Our entire manufacturing process is quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001 with MIG welding carried out in accordance with BS 7123, with qualified welding personnel and our facility C.A.R.E.S. approved.
‘ROMTECH’s service will include technical assistance with a track record extending back to the Channel Tunnel and includes numerous major tunnelling projects since.
