• Cradle lifting points which are at shoulder height can be connected to offloading appliance by operator who is alongside trailer. There is no need for him to climb onto the trailer deck
• The cradles safely contain the load during the lift and act as a structural stillage, keeping the product stack safe and clean
• Individual product can then be safely lifted out of the cradle

Light Duty Version

  
                                                                                Light System = 1.0 tonne to 4.0 tonne SWL
                                                                                with back-acter, HIAB or telehander offload

• The systems are currently used successfully for factory prefab pile, beam and column cages as well as bundled stock rebar
• We would recommend the system for use with:
• Structural Steelwork SectionsScaffold Tubes and Battens
• Precast Concrete Elements, including Precast Driven Piles
• Bundles of Mesh
• CFA Auger Sections
• All frames are proof tested, stamped and certified by an independent LOLER- registered lifting specialist as well as being the subject of a patent application
• The cradle system can be supplied in the customers corporate colours

This is a cradle based system which avoids the need to work at height while offloading elongated bulk prefabricated product on site.
