ROMTECH lattice girders are designed to produce a minimum shadow
profile to provide effective sprayed concrete encapsulation and are
manufactured to ensure dimensional accuracy of the finished components.

SPECIFICATION
- All welding carried out in accordance with BS 7123, with welding
personnel and our fabrication facility C.A.R.E.S. approved.
- BS EN ISO 9001 quality assured manufacturing process.
MATERIALS
Bar
- Main bars high yield grade 500 to BS4449:2005 or plain round high yield to DIN488 BST500S (grade 500)
- Secondary bars either plain round profile or deformed high yield
to BS4449:2005 (Min. grade 500). All UK bar is sourced from
C.A.R.E.S. approved steel mills .
Plates
- Flat or angle steel to BS EN 10025:2004 grade S275JR . Higher
strength materials can be supplied to customers specific requirements.
Bolts
- Standard nuts and bolts supplied are grade 8.8. Higher strength bolts can be supplied to customers specific requirements.
