CLAYSHIELD PRESTIGE

ROMTECH Groundworks are able to offer our Clients the latest innovation to be developed with regard to ground movement solutions, Clayshield Prestige.

Clayshield Prestige is the next generation of Clayshield, having a highly resilient polypropylene layer bonded to the inner face of the board, to protect it before and during the installation process.

External and internal corners are achieved quickly by simply cutting the board to the depth of the polypropylene layer. The Clayshield Prestige can then be bent around the corners as shown in the photos below, with the polypropylene ensuring that the board is held together and no concrete is lost during the pour.

Clayshield Prestige is available pre-cut to suit the depth of the foundations or in sheet form to be cut on site, in the same thicknesses as normal Clayshield board.

The development of a new fixing tool which enables deep fill trench protection to be installed, without the need for site operatives to enter the trench, completes the package.
